| EXECUTIVES TAKING CONTROL OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL SITUATIONS

If you do not Create the Know, you are less valuable to your organization than those who do. Simply being in the know is not good enough. BECOME INVALUABLE. A two-day offensive against uncertantiesI personally work with only one executive or owner per program. I work with senior executives and owners who must keep ahead of their peers and employees in order to produce results and secure their standing and income. Whether we work on an existing project of yours or you want to flesh out a new initiative, by the end of the program, you will have a roughed out, highly stable course of action planned and ready for the inclusion of other stakeholders. You leave uncommonly confident, excited about the future, and prepared to actually lead. When it is your plan and you are producing results, security takes care of itself. (Create the Know, Run the Show) I created the two-day program several years ago in order to help a friend, who is a senior manager at a large trading company. I learned that he was struggling with the complexities of a merger that his company was contemplating. I was already deep into my work on Sun Tzu’s The Art of War and the multi-criteria decision making process, and I offered to help sort things out with him. Even with a rudimentary process, the results were nothing short of inspiring and he became a more vaulable asset because he Created the Know. The weekend is still performed in the same friendly spirit with which it started, and continues to be something that I do on my own time. My full-time responsibilities keep me more than busy, and more importantly, keep me relevant as a facilitator for others, who are also in the mix. Key Attributes
